VIRTUAL Cooking Class and Three Course Wine Dinner with Chef Anthony Scolaro of 111 Bistro
Enjoy a fun evening with friends hosting a “dinner party” for six people. The cost of $250 will include enough food and three bottles of wine to serve six people including yourself. The price and quantity of food and wine will be the same for one person or six people.
Executive Chef Anthony Scolaro of 111 Bistro and his brother Drew Scolaro, Sommelier and Winemaker from California, will demonstrate how to prepare the following three course menu with three wines including a Rose’, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
- 1st course – Crostini with goat cheese and cranberry spread
- 2nd course – Shrimp with truffle risotto
- 3rd course – Short ribs with root vegetables
Substitutions can be made for food allergies.
The two hour cooking class/wine tasting will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov 5th. All ingredients and cooking instructions will be included.
Tickets will not be issued, but information about when and where your food and wine may be picked up will be sent via email on Sunday, Nov 1st. The instructions for cooking along with the Zoom link to join the cooking class will be included in the email. The food and wine will not be available for pick-up until the date given in the email.

Payment at Checkout is by credit card or PayPal. You do not have to open a PayPal account. At checkout, you should click on either PayPal or the box marked credit card and enter your information. You will not be charged until you click on Checkout for one ticket – $250.
After checkout, you will receive a confirmation of your payment of $250 from PayPal even if you have used your credit card.
